Wyatt Hirsch

Wyatt Hirsch joined Lenticular Financial Advisors as a Senior Valuation Associate in 2021. Wyatt has worked in the finance industry for over fourteen years in a variety of capacities, specializing in the analysis of venture capital-backed private companies. Through his work as a solo practitioner and withother valuation firms, he has produced tax, financial reporting, and transaction advisory opinions for nearly 1,000 middle market companies. Wyatt has specialized in life sciences and medical devices companies, along with high-growth companies in software and digital services. While running his own third-party valuation firm, Wyatt also served as a real estate and wealth management attorney, interned at a private equity search fund, and spent several years as a consultant at Gartner, advising Fortune 1000 corporate legal clients on operational improvements and compliance strategy.

Wyatt earned his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Oregon, graduating Order of the Coif and serving on the law review. Continuing his passion for business education, he earned his Master of Business Administration at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he majored in strategy and marketing and studied global business in Israel and Denmark.

Wyatt’s personal passions include reading and documentaries, animals, global food, playing music, and traveling the world with his wife. They live in the Austin, Texas area with their many cats.
