Natalie Bagby

Natalie Bagby is a Senior Valuation Associate at Lenticular Financial Advisors and has been with the firm since its inception in 2019. Natalie has spent the entirety of her career evaluating private debt and equity investments in a variety of roles. Prior to joining Lenticular, Natalie spent seven years as a consultant for GC Investment Management (GCIM), the portfolio management group for Golub Capital, monitoring and valuing a diverse portfolio of private debt and equity investments. Before her consultant role with GCIM, Natalie was a Vice President in Golub Capital’s Middle Market Lending group, responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring middle market debt and equity investments. Natalie began her career at Prudential Capital Group in Corporate & Project Workouts, managing workouts/restructurings and performing valuation assessments of distressed portfolio investments.

Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. She is also a CFA® Charterholder.

Natalie resides in Dallas, Texas, and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children as well as traveling.
