Matthew Doiron

Matthew Doiron is a Senior Valuation Associate at Lenticular Financial Advisors. He has spent his entire career in private investments, beginning as an associate modeling deals for Basileus Capital Partners, a lower middle market focused private equity group. In 2012, Matthew and a Basileus partner co-founded a private equity independent sponsor, Annapurna Capital Management, which completed lower middle market transactions in the energy services and transportation industries. Two notable projects he helped lead at Annapurna were the acquisition and growth of Cimarron Acid & Frac (exited to Quintana Energy Services), and the buy-side sourcing of American Track Generations, which was purchased by Hilltop Private Capital. Following his time at Annapurna, Matthew consulted for an ultra-high net worth family in the Las Vegas area. His responsibilities included financial analysis and capital planning for a privately held mining and transportation company, residential real estate development projects, and an agricultural joint venture. He is a veteran at understanding transaction dynamics and companies with complex capital structures. Matthew attended the University of Chicago, where he double majored in Economics and Political Science. He is a CFA® Charterholder.

Matthew lives in South Florida and spends his personal time walking along the coastline, catching up on the newest prestige TV show, and serving as a “superforecaster” panelist for Good Judgment, Inc.
