Eshaan Mehta

Eshaan joined Lenticular in early 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience across private credit, pension fund investing, and public accounting. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Assistant Vice President at Golub Capital in Canada. Throughout his career, Eshaan has advised on a broad range of valuation engagements spanning private credit, private equity, and infrastructure investments. He also possesses extensive transaction and restructuring experience, having worked on complex situations including distressed restructurings, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, share-swap transactions, and management buyouts.

Eshaan is currently a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) candidate and holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance.

Outside of work, Eshaan enjoys exploring new recipes in the kitchen, gaming, and spending quality time with his family.
