Charlie Cenac

Charlie Cenac joined Lenticular Financial Advisors as a Senior Valuation Associate in 2021 and is based in Denver, CO. Previously Charlie focused on business valuations and valuations of complex securities while working with Duff & Phelps and later Grant Thornton. He also spent some time atEconomics Partners focusing on complex international tax structuring and litigation support related to transfer pricing. Charlie has completed a wide variety of valuations including analyses prepared for financial reporting, tax, and valuation advisory relating to SPAC acquisitions. He has worked across industries and with companies ranging from emerging growth and investor-backed to Fortune 100.

Charlie has also co-founded two companies and advised on several other start-ups. He received his Bachelor of Arts in International Finance at Wofford College and his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Internal Auditing at Louisiana State University Flores School of Business.

Charlie enjoys soccer, golfing, skiing and really values his time with his wife and children. Charlie’s downtime passion is woodworking and focuses on building traditional furniture and turning wood bowls.
