Matthew Doiron

Matthew Doiron joined Lenticular Financial Advisors in 2020. He has spent his career in private investments, beginning with work at two private equity independent sponsors, Basileus Capital Partners and Annapurna Capital Management. At Annapurna, he helped lead the acquisition and growth of Cimarron Acid & Frac, an oilfield services company exited to Quintana Energy Services prior to its initial public offering. He is a veteran at understanding transaction dynamics and companies with complex capital structures, and has particular expertise in the North American energy sector.

Following his time at Annapurna, Matthew consulted for an ultra-high net worth family in the Las Vegas area. His responsibilities included financial analysis and capital planning for a privately held mining and transportation company, residential real estate development projects, and an agricultural joint venture.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago, where he double majored in Economics and Political Science, and is a CFA® Charterholder. He lives in south Florida.
